Hot runner system:
The injection mold of the bottle cap adopts a hot runner system with excellent thermal conductivity. The heat conduction is fast, and the temperature can be raised quickly during the manufacturing process of the bottle cap to achieve the ideal heating effect. There is a miniature nozzle in each cavity of the hot runner bottle cap injection mold, which ensures a large injection flow rate, a small cap connection point, and good thermal conductivity.
Steel and processing tools:
The injection mold for the bottle cap is made of high-quality steel. In order to meet different processing requirements, different mold steels are also used to make cores, mold cavities, guide posts, frames, etc., respectively. High hardness and good processing performance are the advantages of the above steels. CNC machining center, high-precision coordinate boring machine, high-pressure EDM forming machine ensure precise processing and high-quality finished products.
